#7 Confusing modifiers

Best way to use modifiers is to place them near the word/s they modify.
Thus, ‘Only I love Harry’ is different from ‘I love only Harry’.

  1. The word ‘only’ is really interesting!
Other variant to this sentence is ‘I only love Harry’, which means different again. Right?

  2. Even the word ‘just’. 1. Let me do just this first. 2. Let just me do this first. are so different in meaning. But, not many people respect this difference. 😦
